The most basic requirement of precision plastic pepper ball is that the surface of plastic pepper ball can't have a mold closing line and a glue inlet point. Because the manufacture of plastic pepper ball needs a precision plastic pepper ball mold, the mold is composed of an upper mold and a lower mold, and there will be a mold closing line at the joint of the upper and lower molds, so the processing method of the mold closing line of precision plastic pepper ball can only be removed by post-processing.

There are two ways to remove the clamping line of plastic pepper balls:

1.Plastic pepper ball products with low precision requirements can be directly removed by polishing. The plastic pepper ball blank to be processed is put into a polishing machine for grinding, and coarse abrasive is added to rub with the plastic blank ball in the machine. Finally, the mold closing line of the plastic pepper ball is removed. The disadvantage is that the surface of the plastic pepper ball also becomes rough, and secondary polishing is needed.

2. Another method is to grind the plastic rough ball with a plastic pepper ball mill, and       at the same time, the mold closing line of the plastic rough ball is removed, so the         mold closing line of the precision plastic pepper ball is removed by the method of         grinding the ball and adding it.
